Yes you should be able to - just leave the Dual Spark Option off. I don't think there is any special wiring for EDIS that the V3 board has but microsquirt doesn't.

do you know the pins and coneccions? in the manual only says the coneccion for the megasquirt 2

You only have to worry about the PIP and the SAW.

The PIP of the EDIS module connects to the Optoin+, and the Optoin- you hook to ground.

For the SAW you want to connect the "Ignition output 1" to the SAW connection of the EDIS module, with a 1k pullup resistor to the 5VREF wire.

I hope to be connecting this up to my truck tomorrow, to test it out.
