How to bypass a GM IAC port or close the valve?

My manifold uses a GM 4wire IAC motor but I am using MSnS-e which does not have that capability. I'm going to use a simple FIdle valve. How can I extend the pintle to hook it up so it does not allow any air to change the idle speed?

I was using a Rochester TBI until recently. I was able to extend the pintle by uncrewing it until it came out, then screwing it back in a turn or two.
As of last weekend, I have an air sensors style 4bbl throttle body with the same type of IAC. However, there is a port on top that appears to be solely for this bypass. So, I think I will just plug it since I am also using MSNSe and and an external IAC.

I tried unscrewing it but ended up breaking it in my hands. Spun it out some ways then stuck it back in and no vacuum leaks. problem solved.

I bought a couple tube of plumbers epoxy (puddy) and plugged my up. I'm using an lt-1 t-body, but the principle is the same.
