try using the ve table wizard in megatune it created a startup map that let my engine start and run first time. (MS2, V3, 2.23 and EDIS4) As long as you know the output characteristics of your engine it produces a usable starting point.

As bubble says the VE table wizard will get you started for the fuel map. For the ignition map go here http://www.msefi.com/viewtopic.php?p=61835#61835
scroll down the bottom and there is a handy excel file that will give you a base timing map.

To get to the VE wizard.. go to the VE Table 1.. click tools - VE specific and then generate Table. There it ask you for the HP/Torque information to get your started.

I'm running a 2ltr zetec with gsxr 750 throttle bodies and have the map tuned pretty good.

I've attached the ve table here but please be aware that this comes with no guarantee of being suitable for your setup.

Cheers

still cant open the file i have been sent over ones and they do the same i still would like them if you can help out also a spark advance table would be very helpfull i have done a set up using a dyno rusults of another zetec with gsxr 1000 throttle bodys using ve wizard and turned the o2 step% to 0 and it idels a 100% better but is still a bit rich but i have a varible reisitor on the dash insted of a warm up sensor i think it might be the wrong value so one way it gets very rich and the other better but not enough i will also put a o2 sensor on it when i get time do i hve to wire up the heating side of it or will it work with out also is the heat on all the time the cars running and what are the advantages of a o2 sensor also im not running. also am i right in thinking the 1800 zetec injectors are 180cc min.

Zetec 1800/2000 injectors are typically in the 170cc/min @ 2.7 bar region. You're really pissing in the wind trying to map a car without some way of monitoring the air:fuel ratio (eg, wide band lambda or a pseudo-wideband like a bosch lsu4)..
