Questions on piggybacking Ford ECU w/ MS-II

I have the MS-II v3 built and tested. I'm going to run fuel and EDIS-8 off the MS-II. I have the R470W transmission (electronic control) that I was going have controlled by the stock Ford EEC-IV. Everything will be seperate and I've figured out the wiring for transmission and stock EEC. BUT, I'm pretty sure the stock EEC will need some input common to MS-II like throttle position, and maybe even coolant temp and RPM as well. My question is can I mix and match the sensor inputs or will that ultimatley cause conflicts between the two cpu's? Like if the MS-II sends out reference voltage to the TPS, can the signal be sent back to the MS-II AND the EEC? The only other alternative would be to run duplicate sensors, but space is really at a premium. I obviosly don't want to fry something. I know this isn't a transmission forum, but it is MS related.
Thanks for any input
I keep comming back to what the Gostbusters said: "DON'T CROSS THE STREAMS!"
