if your interested I can email the autocad file for someone to manufacture for you. shouldnt be too expensive.

My manifold was for 45 webers, the gsxr's are 42 so the the inside diameter is tapered from 42 to 45, this is obvioulsy not ideal for performance as air flow will decrease, but im guessing not significantly.

I had a custom fuel rail made as I have respaced and am also running PICO injectors (shorter than the original suzuki one) as i had height restriction issues

just getting it all started at the moment.

Man, That looks great!

Too bad no one makes a DOHC manifold for my Nissan motor...

I am milling a manifold flange out of 1/2" 6061 Aluminium and welding in intake runners, then I will space the Suzuki Throttle bodies to fit it.

I am fitting the later "dual" style Suzuki GSXR 42mm ITB's to a Datsun L20b. A friend is making me a manifold (I lucked out on this one). I talked to him today and it sounds similar to what you have done. I'll post photos when it's in my hands!
