i now have pics of the pipes that i am talking about.
here is the first pic which is on its own and is on barrel No.2
Image
here is the second pic.. it shows the four thin pipes that are on the same side of the barrels as the single pipe and they goto all barrels and join into one pipe. im guessing that these are for the MAP sensor.

Image
the third pic i have is of the other side of the throttle bodys and its the four thick pipes that join into one, im not too sure what these are for..
only thing i could think of is a fast idle valve or to supply the vacuum for the brake servo, but which one..

Image
any help is appreciated , thanks jamie

I would use the hose from all 4 for your Fuel regulator & MAP. I would cap off #2.

from looking at the manual for the GSXR100. the thicker pipe is for the map sensor.

to be honest, in my opinion.. the thick pipes seem too thick for the map sensor. they do look more compatible with the brake vacuum servo.
the four thin pipes that connect to a single pipe look compatible with the port of a map sensor.. i just cant owrk out what the single thin pipe on its own is for????

thanks for the advice mate, but do you think this will cause any confusion for the map sensor?..wont having the extra device in the line (fuel reg)
give false readings?.
