You are really better off just sticking to straight alpha-n, keep it simple. Many (most even?) modern bikes run from straight alpha-n very successfully, including my 1200cc v-twin, which it did stock and now with MS. Don't make it hard for yourself, just stick with the MSnS-E code and alpha-n and tune it all in and you can't go wrong. Just do it by trial and error, if the engine bucks or misses, give it more fuel in that area of the VE map, if that makes it worse, then give it less fuel, eventually you'll get some sweet spots, it's not rocket science. Do you have a Palm to tune it with? That makes it all a whole lot easier on bikes. The fact that you've done over 200km on it is a very good start!
