Ase problem: won´t go on over 71c temps?
I can´t get after start e go on over 71c temps. Engine starts and stalls right avay. Lookin in real time dsp ase won´t go active over that temp.
And engine is runnin lean that 30sec before hego corrects it (depend on iat air temp). So last ase pin 71c value doesn´t matter?
I tried to change last warm up pin to 101% but it won´t let me. Why?
Is the any posibilities that in future you can define ase temp pins separately? Or set warm up pin 71c higher, like 80c.
Allso it would be nice to determine time how soon hego correction goes on; now it´s 30 sec. Wideband sensor is ready in 5-10 sec.

Main board: v 1.01 / 2.00 / 3.00
Processor: MS-I (908) / MS-II (9S12)
Firmware: MS-I / MSnS-Extra / MS-II / ???
MegaTune build: 2.25 build ???
The last warmup value is what is used at all temperatures above that. If you need over 100%, that means you need to re-tune the whole table.

Main board: v3.00
Processor: MS-II (9S12)
Firmware: MS-II / 2.1a
MegaTune build: 2.25 build 717*
*(Tried a flash with 2.32 a couple days ago didnt help.... at time was using repaired ms2 card now im using New Ms2. May reflash again)

Ms1 whit msn-e 27b
Megatune 627
I don´t have problem whit warm up or air fuel ratios; engine runs good.
But: When engine is hot, i stop it and wait like 10 mins. Engine is still hot (like 75c) but it needs ase right after i started it untill 30sec has passed and ego corrects it (runs lean).
Ase won´t go on because it work only to that 71c point what is 100% in warm up pins. Below that 71c there is no problem.
I can make iddle ve bins richer -> ego corrects it back.
-> engine runs but ego correction is like 15% when engine is normal iddling.
Sorry my bad english, i only use it like one time in whole year; i supprised that you understand me at all

Where is your IAT sensor located? If it is way deep in the manifold, maybe it is heat soaking and causing a lean condition on restart?
(Your English, while not perfect, is certainly quite understandable. Way better than my pseudo-German, for example.

Try to fix that first and you maybe never have to use ASE anymore.
I use Sierra Cosworth´s iat sensor what it "ceramic" (no heatsoaking) and very quick to react (and cost´s 10€)
I changed VE map up like 5% in iddle map/rpm and get engine runnin better after hot start but still there is that same problem that ase won´t go on over 71c. (Or if i put 100% 54c in warm up it won´t go on over that 54c deg.)
If 2 last ase pins are 20% and 20% ase amount in 70c is that 20% and 71c it is 0%. That is the bug.
I think that is same problem whit all codes and "even" ms2.
Thanks

So while i would be crankin the ASE would come on and go for its 20 Ignition cycles....
I bumped my Crankin RPM up to 400 and that solved the no ase problem...
But I See now i have a Random Injector Pulse Width Problem....
