the engine starts and then died a few minutes later
i have attach the datalog and hope someone can guide me on how to tune
i'm currently using speed density algorith and havent try using alpha-n yet

That MAP signal sure looks like a 1-cylinder!

If your fueling calcs are using MAP (they are) then you're really going to need to find a way to get that smoothed out... or use Alpha-N.

This is just a suggestion, try running alpha-n again, you should be able to get a good stable idle, then tune from there as described in the Megamanual. Set your throttle bins very close together at small throttle openings and make the bins progressively further apart towards full throttle, to give better drivability. You will have to do something about your tach signal, because at the moment Megasquirt thinks you are idling at 3000 to 4000rpm.

Problems that I'm seeing.

First off, your coolant and intake temperature sensors don't seem to be working. They're stuck at 33 and 47, which means that the MS always thinks that the engine is cold and so is the air. Maybe it is 33 degrees outside where you are, but the coolant temperature should rise above 47 degrees as the engine warms up.

Next, your tach signal needs to be fixed. In the datalogs it shows the RPM's are around 4000, but you said that you're idling. What is the idle speed of the engine? I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that it idles at 2000 and that this is a wasted spark system. Most bikes are.

Do you have your constants set to one cylinder, one injector? If so, change to two cylinders, two injectors. This won't affect the amount of fuel injected, but will correct the RPM reading.

Lastly, your MAP signal is too rough. Look into using a restrictor and fuel filter to smooth out the signal.

Your MS just isn't getting good input right now. Until that changes, you're not going to be able to tune it properly.

it seems that my fuel pump is draining the battery
the fuel pump is not controlled by ms through relay
do i have to ride it around to tune the ve table or i can tune it just by revving it?

hi,today i have just put my ms through the ultimate test
a 200+ km of riding to my college
it went ok with a slight problem here and there
the 1st problem is my ms keeps resetting making it hard to start
the problem seems to be my volt meter that i put yesterday to monitor my battery voltage
it went fine after i disconnect it
2nd problem is a loose connector to my ms
3rd problem is the battery cannot supply enough power for the ms and fuel pump(car)
my bike died when i stop in front of my college because the battery is flat
i tried starting it about 2 hours after that, and it started fine
maybe its time to change the fuel pump
other than that it went ok coz i havent tune the ve table yet
i just use ego correction above 3000rpm and maintain the rpm below 7000rpm
this shown that the ms is a reliable
