I suggest you read up, but assuming you have the right trigger wheel, and the right EFI stuff there is no reason why it shouldn't work. The question you need to ask is can I squirt a single cylinder two stroke, as doing a 50cc engine just needs smaller EFI components, your only hurdle would be can your engine support the electrical loads of your EFI system.
