I think it is a hardware issue - I ran it on the bench with your msq and it is rock solid and the symptoms you are seeing also indicate a hardware issue, especially since the other 2 installs work fine. As far as the VR sensor, it is hard to be certain that that is the source or the effect of the problem. The fact that the map sensor is also going flaky tells me it may be something more than the VR sensor, since this should not affect map. I will ask Bruce about what might cause your symptoms.
