How important is the IAT value when tuning?

For discussing MicroSquirt (TM) configuration and tuning of fuel parameters (including idle valves, etc.).

How important is the IAT value when tuning?

See....mine is stuck at 50 celsius and was wondering if I should change it to one that works. How much does it screw up things?

IAT is very critical. It's a (major) part of the fuel calculation. It's needed to accurately calcualte air density...
