toyota ignition set-up

What is the best ignition set-up to be used for MS2 V3?
i want to used the stock distributor of my 4age..the dizzy pin-outs are "Ne,G1,G2,G-" .I think the dizzy signal is the same as 3sge .

can anybody enlighten me..

You won't be able to use the stock distributor with MS2 yet.

Try msns-extra as it should be able to work.

is msns-extra will work on MS2 ?


also ,what kind of dizzy signal input will MS2 work? is it using 36-1 whell tooth

No.

Currently, one pulse per ignition firing. A distributor or cam-mounted trigger with four teeth spaced 90 degrees apart will work. So will a crank trigger with two teeth spaced 180 degrees apart. Work on a wheel decoder that can handle other tooth counts is under way.

A 36-1 wheel would work with a Ford EDIS setup.

i'm using G1 4 tooth signal and get the correct RPM signal. NE won't work. but the car still not able to start yet.
not too sure how the ignition setting for toyota 4age.
