Fuel injection timing?

Post by teg »

It would be nice feature to have fuel injection timing - specially with my siamese port engine :).

I think this will be possible with the up and coming GPIO board.

There is an alpha version of a siamese-port code for MS-II.
Have a look at http://www.msefi.com/viewtopic.php?t=14617

You could also run duel table with table 2 running slightly richer or whatever. The tough part is figuring what is the correct adjustment. I have never thoought about running 2 O2s one on each header tube. The first running channel 1 and the other running channel. The Harley may be a good source for thoughts.

Jeff,

You are thinking of the Router board, GPIO does slow non-synchronous stuff.

I know the Ford Probe/Mazda MX-6 guys sometimes do this on the transverse V-6 motor, using dual table and two EGO sensors.

Interesting.

I intend to tune my H-D sportster powered bike this weekend. Dual table driven by two O2s would be interesting. It would be interesting to see how it attempted to trim each cylinder.

Damn! Now I have another project and I haven't even got to ignition yet!!! :D

Craig, I'll be going to get my sporty next weekend. This spring sometime I have a buddy wanting me to build a MS controller and for that he'll spring for two kits so I'll be eyeballing the bike real soon. What year is yours?
