I use nissan silicon spray, it works like magic for rubber.
Nissan makes the thickest goopiest spray we've found, hence my naming it specificly.

It makes a fairly large difference whether the throttle bodies are before the blower, or after the blower.

If they are before it, treat them exactly the same as on a n/a engine making the same amount of power (BIG!), if they are after it, it isn't nearly as important, as you can push a lot more air ...

I made my own surge tank out of two toyota power steering reservoirs and a 10" chunk of 3.5" pipe.

I cut the nasty welding (my first welding ever) off, and redid it, it was just too ugly, though it did seal.

Idle advance isn't terribly important, really. A lot of modern ECU's use it to control the idle speed.
10btdc ought to work, or 15.

I would NOT use that n/a zetec ignition map for boost though, thats asking for disaster.

Supercharger boost calculation

I'm considering putting together a supercharged motor, and i'm rather curious as to if/how i can calculate how much boost a given pulley size will make.

For instance, it would be a 1998cc four banger, with an eaton M90(yeah, too big, i know) on it.
The engine sucks in about a liter (61ci) per ...

the ve table i am using is the one that comes with the megasquirt code.

That may be a large part of your problem, the VE table that comes with megasquirt is for something weird like a chevy 350 (the MSnS-e is a forced induction 350 even)

There should be a "generate table" option under "tools ...

Electronic ignitions tend to stop working at roughly 9.4 volts, injectors i really don't know.

You should have quite a bit more then that though, if thats a fully charged battery your using, i would consider buying a new larger one.

It should be able to keep 11 (or very close) volts during cranking.

Fuel injected suzuki 1 liter three cylinder (geo metro) throttle bodies are pretty dinky, probably about the right size.
You could get a set of ITB's off a motorcycle, and just use one throttle body.
Or you could make up a restrictor plate for the TB.

Isuzu trucks used a two-butterfly throttle body ...
