I tried unscrewing it but ended up breaking it in my hands. Spun it out some ways then stuck it back in and no vacuum leaks. problem solved.

How to bypass a GM IAC port or close the valve?

My manifold uses a GM 4wire IAC motor but I am using MSnS-e which does not have that capability. I'm going to use a simple FIdle valve. How can I extend the pintle to hook it up so it does not allow any air to change the idle speed?

BAH figured it out. Wired the injectors in series instead of parallel. I guess that created a ton of resistance to overcome and created a higher than usual minimum voltage to fire the injectors. Rewired them and got the engine to idle so THIS is how its supposed to work! engine starts up and idles ...

When I stop cranking the engine, and ...

Only starts when I manually tap ground out fuel injectors

Trying to get a GM 3.8l started with MS1-MSnS-e.

It just cranks and cranks and no signs of firing.

But if I take ajumper wire and ground out the INJ1 bank to ground I manually open the injectors for a split second and then next crank it fires and runs for 1-2 seconds. I used a second battery ...

Why not run one pump that is rated for the engine's gas consumption?

What vehicle is that setup from originally? They seem to be pretty popular with GM engines. They even look like mine (GM 3800 (aka buick v6)).

Here's a thread that might give you some ideas.
