I run 14:1, seems fine at that (ego active), all depends what the engine seems happiest at though.

I belive the FPR should have it`s base setting set with the vac line at atmospheric pressure, it can then account for vacuum and boost situations (alters the base fuel presure in relation to the ...

I tried it with the VE table, problem is it may make gearchanges harsh as the engine will slow down rapidly while shifting. It`s better to have it timed as well (I use 2 seconds before cuttind fuel to avoid the gearchange problems).

I run a 7 point ignitiopn timing table and it works well for controlling idle speed, only problem is if you run aircon or power steering you may also need to run an idle air valve to combat stalling. Ignition advance control only may not be enough on cold starts also.

Only thing I can suggest is an electrical component braking down when hot?

Can you warm the car up, pull the coolant plug off and fit a resistor with a value equal to the 50c region, would tell you if it`s a tuning problem or maybe a wiring/sensor fault somewhere?

I had a similar problem with Power Steering on my car, the engine needs more air and maybe slightly more fuel to compensate for the loading of the a/c.

You could fit a simple air valve wired to the AC unit that adds extra air when it`s active, or install one of the Idle Valve solutions listed for ...
