This doesn't really answer your question but, Electromotive used to make a "sawtooth" trigger wheel similar to the one you've designed, they're since changed to a square tooth design, I don't know why the change.

The only meteorological thing that effects engine performance is air density and the two main factors that determine air density are atmospheric pressure and temperature, unless you're in a situation where carb icing is a possibility, humidity can be ignored as it otherwise has very overall little ...

Has anyone tried an MSD 6302 dual channel ignitor? It looks to me like they do the same thing as a Bosch 0227 100 200 dual channel ignitor, but they're a little cheap and don't require special connectors.

Thanks Matt. Is this the one you're referring too, sort of a pair of 2x1 coils? And do you know if these can be triggered by the logic level signals from Microsquirt?

Someone asked a similar question over on the Innovate Motorsports forums and the LSU 4.9 is not compatible their products, here's the response to that question Unfortunately not. The LSU4.9 requires different heater drive values and different setpoints for the Sensor impedance

I'm certainly no expert on flatheads but I can think of two possible reasons why you don't see port injection on flatheads.

First reason: simple esthetics, modern fuel injectors would just look a little odd on a vintage flathead but with throttle body injection, all the modern stuff is somewhat ...
