From what I see in your datalog, I would suspect ignition. The datalog clearly shows lean AFR spikes when the engine stutters and this usually indicates that you have missed firing the fuel in 1 or more cylinders. What kind of ignition are you using?

Did you swap the suspect injector with a cylinder that is working well? This will tell you if the injector is bad.
It wouldn't hurt to swap a spark plug and/or plug wire too.

Injector wiring has very little effect on how the engine runs, this is a batch fire system.I have tried 2 setups 1,3,5,7 on channel 1 and 2,4,6,8 on channel 2 and there was no noticable difference between 1,4,6,7 ch1 and 8,3,5,2 ch2.
Although I never noticed any difference in the engine, I continue ...

You mean leaner (higher) than 13-1, right? Don't be surprised to see your engine not wanting to run very smooth with lean afr's, tuning low rpm and idle is best achieved by ear/eye and manifold vaccuum, just tune to the smoothest idle and best manifold vaccuum.
My car idles best between 11.8-1 and ...

Well I certainly don't claim to be an expert, but I can't see any problems there. Your tests are done over a full min of flow and the max I see was about a 5 cc difference I can't see how that will be a problem.
Keep track of each injectors flow and keep that in mind when tuning and reading the ...

The key word is "if possible" when you run large injectors for big power you may not beable to reach the recommend settings. Are you running a boost/manifold referenced reg? This also helps injector PW by reducing fuel pressure when idling.
Are you able to get a decent idle? If everything is running ...

Re: I am having trouble getting enough fuel.

Hi Andy... a simple test is to remove the return line and measure the fuel returning to the tank @ 43 psi, if you can pump .5 US gallons per min them your system should just make it.
