Very good work. Thos Busa's are amazing. I want to get one, but I'm sure my life would be shortened greatly.

What turbo kit are you running on the bike?

Are you running stagged injection, and what are you doing on the ignition and triggering side of things?

There are three basic valve designs used with variations on each: pintle, disk, and ball.

The pintle-type valve is the earliest design but still popular. And it is the design used on our cars. The solenoid lifts the pintle out of an orifice to release fuel. The problems with the ...

Ball and Spring vs Disc:

Disc Type Injectors
The appearance of a disc injector can be like that of a pintle type injector and internally they are also similar. The main difference is on the discharge end of the injector. The nozzle can have one or more orifices or tubes through which the fuel is ...

Well its money and indecision. I keep changing the setup and trying to make it the best I can afford. I just got out of college 6 months ago so I have some cash flow now. The project should be up and running this spring.

I'm ending up going with the ross stacks, and this design for the plenum:

http://forum.vwsport.com/pics/data/500/intakemanifold2.JPG

I may have to cut a hole in the hood for clearance but I'm alright with that. I may add cooling fins to the part of the plenum that stciks through the hood so it ...

They make nice plenum stock that is very strong. How thick are the velocity stacks you are using? I was going to use velocity stacks made for weber carbs, but they are too thin...

For Green Tops vs Precision injectors. Same dimensions?

I have a set of green tops right now and want to upgrade to a set of 1000cc precision injectors. Are they physically the same size?

Yeah, thats what I was trying to link to. People with supras are idling 1600cc injectors at 1100 rpm. 13:1 A/F ratio.

"My car has 1600cc's, idles at 1100rpm, 13.0 a/f. No injector driver and I have enough fuel with three Walbro's and the 1600's for over 1300rwhp with ease.
