thanks for taking time to come back, looks like I am worrying too much!
preparing for the start, thought it might be a good time to add coolant and fuel, rad I bought a year ago and unused until now has a leaking header................

more to my last forgot to ask about IAT

have 2 IAT sensors available to me, I have the mondeo one which was on the intake and also have the manifold mounted one from the donor efi escort - any reason not to use this? it would be easier to use the manifold one as I am using a k&n setup, hopefully without the maf

I have a mondeo MAF sitting on the bench, is it needed? also is there any advantage in connecting the zetec Camshaft sensor?

many connectors are standard 2 pin, which of them are polarity dependant, cant find any info on this. Fidle, does it need a relay? what fuse rating? Fuel, have connected lp ...

I am reading this and thinking it may be time to jump in - I have not powered up my microsquirt v3 as I am struggling with some connections and don't want to kill it!
