I used the option+ pin 30 too the tach signal and the option- pin 31 grounded. That worked well for maybe 1 1/2 hours then no signal. Then i installed a diode inline on the option+ and that fixed it.

After hours of research i decided to build my own tach adapter. Didn't help. I read about putting a 50v 1a diode inline with the tach signal wire. Success that fixed my problem. I think its a vr sensor,. I can check later and find out. I don't want control the ignition right now with the MS. Can i use that for the rpm signal? If so i will try that.
