well on mine it's one take off between the middle two ports but the gasket provides a vacuum tract to all four so it's equivalent to tapping each

Jamie,

Pics would really help, my 600 TB's have two nipples beneath each body (engine side of the butterfly) I currently use one set of take off's for the Squirt MAP and the other to the fuel pressure reg. My manifold then has a central take off that feeds the brake vacuum

16V there's a few maps already on the board that you could download a try. I'll try and find the disc with mine on. I've got one for a 2L on Throttle bodies but it ran my car with the standard inlet manifold. Should help hopefully.

BTW are you the guy on eBay selling the egr blanks?

Hi ZeCat.

Good to see another person in the sw with zetec tb's and ms. I can see Combe going to be useful for comparing progress and maps. You kit car guys will leave me dead on track though :)

Whereabouts in Dorset? I'm in Bridport.

PS Guys rather than hijack chris' thread with general chat hows ...

I missed the Classics Day but should have the car running on MS and the TB's for Sept 9th day at Combe

Before the tb install my zetec was RR'd at 145BHP with only a K&N and cat back exhaust,, it's the 130 spec zetec. Coming into Avon I'm probably looking at 95-100mph (speedo reading 110mph max but ...

My MAP is connected to a nipple in the manifold that I had made up. The nipple take off sits between the midlle two cylinders.

Using a Mondeo 2.0L gasket then provides the vaccum tract to all four cylinders. Won't work with a 1.8 Zetec Gasket though
